I think it's likely that the NHC will start PTC advisories today for our BOC system.

If it was up to me, we'd already have PTC 1. TWC is noting a possible center of circulation forming over land. If the CoC forms before it gets into the BoC, this system could be surprisingly strong.

This are the weird typhoon season years in WPAC 1964- too many tropical cyclones 2002- The highest ACE over (408) 2006- Too Many Strong Cyclone hit the luzon 2013- Tropical Cyclone names in the Philippines Got A to Y 2018- last season of inactive 2023- Inactive season but low tropical cyclone

1997 actually has the highest ACE and 2013 actually reached Z and not just 2013 but also 2003 and 2004. 2018 wasnt even inactive but it was above average.

Actually That EPAC system could cross Mexico to the ATL ocean and develop into a Tropical Depression but it only has 53% of happening or maybe it could join that GOM system and make the 1st Fujiwhara Effect of 2024 and NIO, WPAC, And other SHEM basins are still dead for the next 5 days
