I ran mine hard, popped the fuses, replaced with 30A fuses, it never went into protect, its running today, 3 years later in a friends truck on a cheap 12.

The best information you can get from any measurement device, even ones that aren't calibrated correctly etc, is comparative data. Basically its less about the specific number and more about measuring the difference in the numbers between different setups, or places in different locations in the room etc. it's absolutely useful information, also it gives us a frame of reference, shows us performance of a setup relative to another setup, if any of that makes sense....I Appreciate Your Time And Effort!

I had a 9500 15 at one point. Destroyed the cone in a accident. 2x4 went thru it. A little epoxy and a lot of time I got er banging again. 2 months later it was stolen. I havnt had a large system since.

Had a Gothic series amp back in the early 00s. That thing cranked. I didn't know anything back then, but I ended up blowing a 400 watt rated sub on it. I had it running 3 12s at like 1.33 ohms for months before the one finally gave out. Pretty loud for Walmart

I Have this same amp and ive been abusing it in like 95F heat. I have 2 10in baseline alpines and 2 12 ETypes alpines wired down to 2ohms and its still going strong after months of abuse and it getting hot enough to cook a egg. So i can confirm they are hard to kill

Wow cool idea , for just getting into it an looks handy-dandy. I mean not every one has 3,500 bucks to spend on a real dyno . For a couple uses. Thanks for posting up dude. I replaced my fuses with 2 40amps. A year later still at 1 ohm with 3 gothics hitting hard. I wonder if I can get away with 50 or 60amp fuses. I do have 2 5 inch fans covering them. Mines would get hot but not extremely hot to the touch

FYI, The new ones Have 50a fuses in them and it says on the box that it's rated @1ohm. I don't know if the insides are different tho.

the reason why these amps are popular is they can easily handle 1 ohm even though its unrated and when fed with clean power you can push it to 1000w rms while keeping the amp cool. i currently use this amp on a dual audiopipe bdxc4 8 inch setup wired to 1 omh just make sure not to use base boost at all that shits garbage.

If you want to rip it at max open it up first and replace the thermal past, then put a delta server fan on it that does like 9k rpm for cooling...

I used one of these when my regular sub amp was sent in for repair. I was surprised that it did so well for 89.00 after i paid 680.00 for my normal sub amp. Kinda felt like a tard.
