I owned a 1977 Ford 1600 for 20 years. Very reliable. It had a front end loader on it. I used it mainly for field mowing. You could mow all day on 4 gallons of fuel. Mine had a slightly different injection pump. Instead of the lubrication drain fitting, mine had 2 6mm bolts. One where the drain tube is on this one and one right above it where that boss is. The top one for checking oil level and the bottom was a drain. You filled it by removing the large bolt on top of the pump. The last couple years I owned it, It would leak the oil out of the pump and I would have to refill it every time I used the tractor. I traded it in this past summer.
