cheers Terrance, will probably by pass the heat exchanger for now then sort it out later, drivers seat needs moving forward a bit, and fuel tank need an expansion breather of some sort. probably rates as my favorite movies as well, I saw her screen saver one day after I chose that name and it was predator, waited just over 12 months to revile that name, defiantly stands out.

sounds good looks good, more than happy at the way its turned out. I'm going to have another test run this weekend and depending on the cooling system hopefully stick some more revs into it and try out the down pedal on the cav plate. will video it

@@boathead22000 it was a slow run so I'm guessing the fastest it goes the higher the stern will be. Having issues with the drive line atm. The shape of the hull would indicate at full throttle the boat would be just sitting on the stern

I really like that boat! Over in the US where I am, I have never seen a 302 V-drive before. Being a Ford guy, It is good to see. I just found your channel, so I am assuming you are in Australia? You guys have all the great Cleveland stuff, I was expecting those heads but it appears to be all Windsor? Am I seeing it right? I have a 21' open bow with a 460 and OMC King Cobra. Best day is a day out on the lake. Thanks for the video. It is inspiring me to get out and get mine back to its glory!

Thanks for the comment yeah in Australia and the boat isn't going atm changing the gearbox as had trouble with the u drive box then had some life changing events that happened simultaneously so it got put on the back burner but I'm now moving forward and about ready to finish polishing the argo v drive and fit into the boat

Hey Jeff, it's a Z drive gearbox with 10% stepup. Made by Bailey engineering Sydney. Kind of wish I replaced it with a V-drive but that's what was in it so I went with it but having trouble with the drive line to the gearbox.Getting sorted slowly
