Those are cool nostalgic builders! I'm no Ford guy, but I always liked the idea of a 410 or maybe 428 ($$) for a street engine. The 427 was always made of unobtanium around here (central Georgia, US) but you used to see Mercurys and even an Edsel or two with a big FE! Nice job Nolan!!

Yup, used to.order a lot of P.A.W " refresh' kits, ( Performance Automotive Warehouse?) back in the day.40 years ago! Gaskets, rings, bearings, seals, etc for like $119. Add in a cam and lifters for same money, and a couple cans of VHT paint. Good to go for $250. Found the box from an AMC 360 I did around 1989, and still have the stickers on my toolboxes, lol
