Ford 6F35 Teardown

This Car has 35K miles on it, was towed in on a flat bed and trans was locked up, Had to have the flatbed put this right on the lift because no way we could drive this car. 35K miles, planetary gearset was blown. Trans was not rebuildable, had to purchase a core and build that one. Thanks for watching. I threw this together last minute hope you guys enjoy.

I saw exactly this happen twice out of all the million 10B15 recalls I did (valve body, fix the clutches). In my case the 456 clutch snap ring came out and got caught. Trans looked exactly like this.

Surprised with your comment about the dipstick tube. Every 2012 and older F35(at least Escape) had a dipstick. That is very surprising damage for an F35. These are very reliable. I have 2012 Escape with 315,000 Kms(195,000 miles) and it runs and shifts admirably.
