Thanks for the video 👍🏻 we have same car/engine/year and I’m going to do a full service when the weather warms up a little. Oil filter looked a right ball ache, not looking forward to that bit!!

Yeah, access isn't all that great for the oil filter. The same engine is used on some PSA models (Citroens and Peugeots) as the engine was developed jointly by Ford & PSA.

Due to the age and milage. I don't think this B Max is due for one. It has the 1.5 diesel so I don't even know if it has a belt or a chain. I've only ever done 2 cambelt changes (Mk 4 Astra & Triumph Acclaim).

Did you put the axel stand on the bottom arm

I think I put it on the subframe. It was a safe location wherever it was.
