Ive been on carnivore for 5 months Richie. i have lost 60 lbs. I feel amazing it healed alot of problems i was having with only one downside.... i have gout now and its painful af. im trying to figure out the gout problem so i can continue this woe

Probably not gout but all the oxalates leaving your body. Make sure you're taking electrolytes religiously.
