I hired a motor home a few years ago and although I liked living in it, there was always a great worry as to where I may park it when going out and about in it. Absolutely loved it, I love that pull down desk. It's perfect. In fact there are many nice ideas in this conversion. Love the simplicity of the design considerations too. That dog looks as mad as a box of frogs 😊😅. Looking forward t9 seeing your adventures together. This is great, amazing amount of storage in there. I like the bureau idea and the location of the electric hookup is discreet. It doesn't look overly complex which I like. I was wondering were your batteries were as I thought there was no space left and you've got 2 110ah! Nice neat cabinets too.

I have used the van alot ( though no vids as it became too time consuming) and the set up works perfectly for me. It also is ok for 2 people set up in the van.. tried and tested. Atb vee

Charming video.❤ Simple and practical is best, only you would stay drier with the outside back cooking / eating area better having a tailgate version rather than the ' barn doors '.. although they would protect to a degree from the famous Scottish winds ( gales)😂

I agree that tailgate is def better but thats like hens teeth when looking for a secondhand one. I get by the barn doors and even when windy the door ‘stops’ prevent doors blowing off their hinges! It was a great van but my old dog got arthritis and couldnt travel comfortably in it and tbh the van was also a bit big for me as i was off up forests tracks etc. etc . So I sold it… my new van i have already used alot more and next week my scottish trip will be uploaded .

Its long wheel base. Thr bed is a standard single mattress size and it extends width ways by another approx 40 cm
