Is there a scanner that will tell us what sensor is out? I think it’s my rear door.

No. You will have to test them manually like I showed here. Ground out each sensor wire until you find it. If you have a 2000-2003, I think those door sensors are always grounded, and you have to break the circuit to trigger doo ajar. Juist opposite of my video. Alot of times it is just the latch, and spraying with wd-40 will fix it.

not sure if you could point me in the right direction but I amber a 05 v10 excursion my issue is since I’ve owned it none of the doors cause the ajar light to come or any interior lights to come on when opened, I can manually turn on all of the interior lights from the headlight switch? I don’t think it’s likely that every single sensor including the hatch has failed (closed) and I don’t thing the po unplugged every single sensor but more likely… all fuses look good all power door locks work fine. Is there some mod or something known that the po could have done to disable the door ajar system? I can’t find anything online about it? Thank you for your time.

Hey there! It is possible that the previous owner disabled the system because one sensor or more was bad. Use the diagram I linked and check the main power and ground feeds to the security module
