Hi sir, is it neccessary to lock the flywheel when tightening the crank bolt? + Do we really need to change with a new crankbolt everytime doing the timing belt job..

Some vehicles the bolt are torque to yield only use it ones. Im this case this bolt are torque to yield need to be replace

5 lock outs are necessary - TDC bolt on video - phaser x lock tool - cam pulley positioner (remove crank sensor) - drivers side cam holding bar - flywheel tool. Have to get new crank bolt and torque correctly.

I didn't know that the crankshaft has to locked and now my car is no longer starting what happened please help me

You need to set your marks on Tdc again (on Compression)and lock your cam and crank with the special tool, double check your marks after locking the cams and crank. I hope you didn't bent valves after you mentioned your car wont start.
