Had a Calibra Turbo back in the 90s and went Escort Cosworth Hunting. Escorts were quicker around the bends but on the straights and top end the escorts had no chance.

Am sure that calibra is more comfortable than the escort. Nothing a set of good rims and a drop won't sort out. These look wicked with a little bit of work.

I always thought the Calibra had more of a executive look to it, more quietly sophisticated. Where the Escort was more likely just to come out and punch you straight in the face, the Calibra would start roomers about you behind your back but never say to your face there was a problem..

Had a 16 v Calibra didn't trust it on the corners at all. Sorry I didn't go for the cav gsi or turbo better chassis.
