I'd suggest adding the part about removing the dummy terminal. That's the part people struggle with and it's not addressed on the installation sheet (or at Ford Motors Performance website). Thanks

You can get them fitted at factory, I’ve got my timberline 6 months ago and I chose not to have them fitted due to the extra cost but I’m gonna fit them myself now after watching this video.

Make sure the red tab is all the way out (towards you), then push down on the black tab on top of the red one and they will slide out.

How did you get those white plastic pins out of the connectors? My set of lighy came with no instructions

From the factory there are two dummy connectors that you simply unplug. You can download the instructions from the Ford performance website by searching for the kit part number.

Did you have to adjust anything for getting a good beam pattern? I installed mine yesterday and all I'm getting is a bright blob of light about 20ft on the ground. Not sure what I'm supposed to be expecting for a beam pattern. Certainly doesn't look like what y'all show at the end of the video. Thanks for the video!! Made install a breeze!

We just bolted them in. I don't believe there is anything to adjust. If they seem to be pointing downward I would double check how they are mounted, all fasteners are tight and make sure the wires are routed properly. Perhaps something is interfering with how they seat against the body panel and causing them to point downward. If everything checks out good, contact the manufacturer.

Do you mean the little plastic blue tool? That is a trim removal tool designed to remove trim without damaging it. You can buy a set at Harbor Freight for around $10.
