In todays video I am replacing my plasti dipped OEM F150 Fender Badges for some brand new OEM Cyber Red and Black Fender Badges. I also sneak in a pair of Blacked Out Badges I found on amazon that may or may not be what I end up going with.

Just replace my 2018 Lariats badges. You can do them with out even opening the hood. I only used a little heat, 2 plastic body tools and a small screwdriver. I heated the badges and slowly worked the adhesive loose and wedging in the body tools when I could see the top edges of the outer clips I used the screwdriver tip between them and truck body and popped them out as I continued to keep wedging them out. No fish line or dental floss needed. Removed the left adhesive just like shown. First side 10 minutes second side 5 minutes. Changed mine to “LOBO Lariet” Always been a Wolf. 😊

Since yours is gray, I think the black looks better. I have a red F-150, so maybe the black and red will look nice on mine.

The Amazon one is the one he had that was Red & Black, it comes with a thin cardboard template now. 2 sides a 3rd emblem for the rear. Around $25. It's literally the same one in the video.

I just changed out my Lariat fender badges for the red and black ones for that very reason that it matches the FX4 decals. Even took both the grill and tail gate badges off and repainted them black and red. I have White Gold paint so they show up well!

Oh wow! That’s sick. Im going to go with the black ones. Just changed the FX4 to a black and grey version. Then I’m doing the front and rear Ford Emblem black too…..lol going down the rabbit hole. 😂 Never stops.

I ordered the black and red but it has the tape on back. I like the look of it. However, my truck is magma red so it goes better. Personally i like the matte black on your truck

Black looks better as it matches better with the truck. I also hate red so there is that. I have a white 2017 lariat that I am looking to do blue eblems. for some reason everyone does black and white. so I want to be different and go white and blue. By the way is there any links you know of to the american flag decal you have? Desert Fanatics and the link you provided in amazon (older vid) are unavailable.

Good idea I put painters tape where I was using the tool so no scratches an nothing wrong with 1000 bikers unless you piss them off

On the OEM one you can take those apart and color match them to your truck. But if not, I would go with the darker one myself, I mean you don’t have any red on the truck right?

Go all black. I had the black and red emblems at first but switched them out again for the all black and my truck was black. I upgraded rot a red F150 and found these .

Not really but I wouldn’t suggest doing it on a cold day. Warming it up with a heat gun will help.
