Did it automatically align once you turned on the HVAC at the 11:00 mark? Or did you have to manually turn the temp dial to try to get it 'close' to the old one's position?

I connect the wire and with the key on the ignition i manualy turn the temp dial to turn the gear to match to the old one

Took mine to the dealer for this fix. They kept it a week, charged me $500, and it didn't stay fixed. Mine is broke, and so is my daughter's Fiesta. Sounds like a design flaw to me. I'm going to give this a try, and see if we can do better.

I need this exact model that you show in the video, with autopilot buttons and that hole in the silver frame (this one is compatible with the Fiesta Sedan). This a OE seat cover from ford its not a seat protective cover.

I took my fiesta to the dealer for this exact same issue and they tried to tell me that the HVAC Housing unit is warped and thats why I hear the knocking noise. they wanted to charge me $2,700 to change the housing unit

Update…I took the part I ordered and had a dealership install it. However, even though they installed it the knocking noise did go away but the system would not divert any air so they uninstalled the part and put the old one back in. Then a couple weeks later I found out that I actually had purchased an extended warranty. So I went to a different dealership. They diagnosed the issue to be the actuator and installed the part (the one I had purchased) and everything works great! So my question is WTF is with all these dealership trying to rip off the customer? They really give bad press to those dealership that are actually doing the right thing.

Start watching at 9:27 you need to align the marking gear

​@jfGarage4k so mine all works cold and hot but only get hot at around 24.5 degrees any ideas. Heater core is clear clean. Fans work on main car engine radiator ok. Car dash engine temp working outside temp sensor ok.

After Running & idle for 30min, Check upper & Lower rad hose with termo heat gun temperature make sure they are same temp. May need new thermostat
