Three questions as I want to try this coming week (waiting for parts); - How did you undo the weird screw/thread thingy on the right side of the alternator? - What do you use for the waterpump gasket? I imagine you don't use the dry one... Liquid gasket/oil? - Do you apply liquid gasket to the new valve cover gasket or is this one okay just how it is?

Hey! Thanks for questions! About alternator, actually i don't remember any difficulties, just power steering reservoir might bother a little. New water pump has a gasket in new kit, i didn't use liquid sealant. On valve cover just a new gasket, and i applied a bit of sealant only on corners where the shafts are. Don't forget to perform a double crank turn to re-check the markings, it is necessary.

Hello, it was 2007 year and 1.6 16v 101 hp SHDA or SHDB i don't remember exactly.

For the service hole, what was the dimension of the bolt u inserted.

It was not a bolt, it's a special rod with thread, from service kit.
