Thanks for your comment hehe, am glad I have a calming effect hehehe, I notice in can’t see a particular fuse for the mirrors itself, I saw there is one for the folding feature fuse 79 and 42 for the heated feature, the electric movement might controlled by the door module but am not 100% sure on that..I don’t have the car any more..

@@DaringBeefcake thank you. I think you're right. The only fuse I have that does anything for the mirrors is also for the interior lights,..which all work,..so I think it must be the door module. Mine is the rs focus. Thanks.

@@MobileDevVT Inside the fuse there's a string,if its broken then the fuse is gone. Check on google for picture reference.

If your 2009 it’s similar to the 2006, fuse 84 under the glovebox refers to reverse lights. It could be a different number but just check for any burnt fuses.

@@DaringBeefcake He went to use his air compressor to pump his tyres but the cigarette lighter stopped working, but the owners manual we got didn't tell us what fuse it was, so had to google it and come across your video and fuse 39 is the one that was blown, new one in and bam it was working again, so once again thank you!

I have had to fit a new stereo into my focus, but I've been advised that it could be the stereo fuse but I can't find a stereo fuse, so I'm thinking is this the audio modules fuse?

Yes I think the audio fuse relates to the radio fuse.

Fuse 47 15amp under the glove box. I can see in the manual it’s for washer pump.

Hi are you saying the light on the dash is not coming on ? If so it could be the bulb inside of the instrument cluster that is blown.

DaringBeefcake it could be, but im not talking about the dash if i understand. What is not working is the lights on my steering wheel where the cruise control buttons are. They were green before and now they are black and I understood that fuse for the steering wheel buttons light is not working!!!

On the video at minute 5:05 to the top side of the fuse box there is a thick black cable bolted to the body of the car. That would be an earth ground point.

I think the fuse for the instrument cluster would take care of that if the speedometer is the only thing not working then you might have a faulty speedometer gauge or even the instrument cluster might be faulty.

Hi,can anyone offer advice as to rectify problem. Ford focus 2006 new battery and alternator, I pressed the air con button and all electrics stopped, no power steering, mechanic has said someone has messed with the wiring. There might be an issue with the ac pump shorting out. But did it happen after fitting the alternator and battery ?

As far as the manual goes there’s no fuses in the trunk. This is a UK Ford focus. May b different in other countries.

Hi there, to be honest I think that is the main wiring loom coming into or out of the fuse box, it then goes am not sure how your car can be operating correctly with that disconnected.

Sorry my fault for not making it clearer I should of said in the underside of the fuse box (the side you see when the fuse box is closed) Found where it should be plugged into so plugged it in and the blowers came on! That explains why they didnt work when i got the car!!

I don’t own this car anymore, you have to check you manual, if you are referring to the interior lights, they are usually named courtesy lights.
