Ford Focus Engine Rebuild 2.0L SOHC SPI - Part 3

Part 3 of my engine rebuild after my 2002 Ford Focus dropped a valve seat. In this video, I remove the cam, clean up some parts, and install the cam in the new head from cylinder heads international (headsonly ebay).
This is a common problem with these engines typically happening to the valves for cylinder 2 or 4 (4 being the most common). See here: www.carcomplain... or just google it.
DISCLAIMER: I'm not an automotive mechanic and I'm learning this as I go by researching and a service manual. A lot of important information (torque specs, guidelines, advice, etc.) is not included in these videos and you will need to reference a service manual to get them. Do not try to do this rebuild by following my videos. A lot of tools used were not seen in the video, so if you don't have some basic tools or the ability to get them, I wouldn't attempt this either. Again, I'm not a mechanic, this is just a project I'm doing more for fun/learning than necessity.
