Good video. I'm trying to do mine but thick cable loom right in front of the housing. Can't even remove old filter.

Should be able to move that over carefully. There’s also a tie on those if I remember correctly. Can be popped off

Great vid, will try later. Im getting a vibrate/humming sound from that area when the AC is on speed 3or 4 so hoping when it was service last week this was put in incorrectly. (Cant hear anything from tge engine bay)

What an awful design, like it was an after thought from Ford. Saying that though, it looks much easier than the Mk3 Octavia I had to change for my friend. Such a nightmare trying to get strut thing, back in place, especially with a camera in the way, trying to film it… Don’t forget the arrow needs to be facing the correct way when inserting the filter. Keep up the good work

Some other model Ford like 2006 Fiesta right hand drive as filter location from centre access via driver side where pedal is!
