I’m using an aftermarket android stereo. I think the sync 3 is just as easy/hard as this one is to do, just more expensive.

I used vinyl wrap to dechrome. Bought one in a strip form and another in a large sheet form. Link is in the description.

Good video man! Did this to my mk3 couple of month ago, same dechrome but without cutting tape haha it's pretty hard but doable! By the time I was done with one side I learned so much and could cut the other side better. The last part by the backwindows that you use a larger piece, I didn't have that so I had to cut and make the dechrome 2 parts since I realized it's impossible to bend. It still holds up and barely noticeable.

Why not upgrade a focus? The car scene was started with people that couldn't afford the most expensive cars so put their own stamp on things to stand out from the crowd, this kind of sentence is what kills individualism and creativity
