The entire Focus range has just been discontinued in Europe too. 2025 production will stop. Sad time to be a car enthusiast as everything is just turning into stupid boring ugly SUV's.

@@Packerm87 Being forced to shift into SUV's... you have sedan's and coupe's and shitty cross-over's but the wagon's and hatchback's are basically gone and really were the best blend between practicality and performance. To get an actual like half decent SUV that drives well-ish you'll need to drop 70k+ on it, otherwise you get a bulky living room on wheels with all the cons. If you want a decent hatchback you need to look foreign, the domestic options are just way underpowered and that means blowing 5-8k more than you would originally want.

I just bought the same one and also in automatic. I come from a manual car and the only problem I have... no, is not having the automatic, but the consumption. The rest is incredible, it is excellent, I love the car and for those who hate the automatic, you will enjoy it in this car, sequential automatic, automatic or manual. The car is extremely intelligent at making the change you want it to make. I LOVE IT.

Got a 2019 model Turnier ST-Line and the overall interior has stayed the same but the wider screen and the new digital display in the 2023 model looks really cool and is way more up to standard of the time, just the HUD is incredibly ugly and I wouldn't want that thingy in my car :D The lane hold assistant only works on highways and even then I wouldn't count on it but the Audi S4 of a friend isn't better in that regard. On the german market only BMW really nailed the lane hold but their assistant systems are really hectic and agressive. The impressive sound is coming from a sound generator even though the large engine in the ST isn't that quiet either. I personally think it looks quite basic and cheap (both interior and software) but the hard plastic is way more robust than shiny plastic or leather interiors and thats what I personally always loved about Ford. You also have way more interior space and you can fit in way smaller parking lots without having trouble to get in and out compared to other manufacturers where the door panel alone makes up a third of the cars width. I also love all those well conceived features that aren't always looking that nice but make the car really practical, like the hit protection in the door for example (even though that's an optional feature). The cars also last for a pretty long time with no issues. Our previous MK2 Turnier lasted for 16 years without any larger issues and repairs, just normal wear of the battery, brakes, etc. and then only started to build up some rust in the wheel cases.

They are an amazing car. I have the 2022 Mk4 ST in manual. I test drove the i30N, Gti, Megane RS Trophy and Peugeot 308 and as a drivers car, the ST won hands down IMO. Crazy handling and grip up a windy mountain road. Not available in Australia any more so glad I got one ;)

Hey, I like your vids. However, I would like to give you some constructive criticism. I personally think and some may agree, that you’re too biased when reviewing or let’s say describing the car. Every car is perfect and incredible, how can that be? You could maybe compare it to some other cars in the class, talk about pros and cons. All I hear is compliments about every car in every driving video. Every car is silent and well isolated, every car is planted and visibility is perfect. Maybe you could work on some new words to describe the cars or compare them more often. There’s my 2 cents. Otherwise, I love the video quality and the content you produce. Keep going and good luck!

Was mir an dem Auto echt nicht gefällt Sind die Heckleuchten. Für nen Auto im Wert von fast 50K kann man da doch schon mal erwarten das die da VOLL-LED Rückleuchten reinbauen. Es muss ja nicht unbedingt mit den Dynamischen Blinklichtern ausgestattet sein. Nur das dass auch mit der Frontpartie übereinstimmt…

Great car but I need to congratulate peugeot. Ford and Wag group cars follow them 10 years after they used I cocpit back in 2013 308 t9. Peugeot is the trendsetter about this minimalist dashboard design. The engine sound and the design of the car is great but the tablet style screen and the button section below the middle airwents doesn’t look good like they put them after they design the dash.

I laugh a little. Because when someone says that it's a wonderful sound, wow. This sound is made through the speakers in the car. And that's not a pretty sound. Only the hyundai N has a nice sound. True and not distorted in any way. Ford lags behind in the appearance of the interior. Since 2010, I think almost nothing has changed...

It wasn't emissions, it was to build the Maverick/Bronco. They didn't want to build new factories so they had to repurpose the factories they had for these new trucks

@@tommygeary1931 The RS and ST were discontinued due to not fitting US emissions standard. So Ford dropped it for Crossovers and Trucks. They stopped all passenger sedan lines. Only the Mustang is produced here in the states. Again a huge loss for US Ford.
