Ford Focus won't start

This Ford Focus came in to us with multiple issues which we narrowed down to a corrupted can network.

Had one of those recently. Suspected Instrument Cluster. Had to resolder what another mechanic had an attempt to repair. I isolated it to the PCM. Josh confirmed it and after a second-hand install - happy days! Good content Rob - thanks mate. 😉😉

well done Rob. just make it more specific for someone that can missunderstood, at 5.15 you mentioned for hi speed and low speed can .both ,hi and low ,has the same speed, the different is that they are working on different voltage. it's hi voltage and low voltage, but on the same speed. thanks for sharing this video. nice trick, the punch on the dash. it's my trick now ,too.

good work. common problem if you push on the cluster face problem goes away, needs stripping a re flow all the joints

I'm curious, if you are aware, presumably before you started working on the car, that they have numerous history of cluster failings. Why waste customers chargable time chasing other areas first? Or did you only find out about the clusters tendencies of failures after getting the cluster repaired?
