Maciej, When you assemble that part of the unit, you are supposed to put a pin in the hole in the top, then turn the wheel on the back of the unit until the pin locks the wheel in place. You then put the gearbox into drive position and screw the unit back on. that is what that little hole is for.

What were you trying to do here? I mean what happened to your car for you to disconnect and reconnect the linkage?

Gearbox was reconditioned and gear selector did not working right

You have to teach the clutch and gearshift lever, this can be done with a diagnostic device, but there should be no other faults in the gearbox.
