Ford Mondeo MK4 Climatronic calibration (air condition selftest adjustment)

Ford Mondeo MK4 climatronic can be calibrated to fix issues with air condition air distribution and flaps noise from under the dashboard by calibrating air vent flaps. In hidden menu you can also check DTC error codes and software version of the climatronic module. You don't need diagnostic interface to do it, just follow this tutorial.

Hi, I have the issue with air distribution where the footwell button blows air to face and the face button blows air to windshield. I'm not sure if this is what you meant in your comment. Does resetting the HVAC solves the problem?

Hello, i have a ford mondeo mk4, 1.6 tdci. Recently i have changed the head gasket and i noticed that when i use the heater, the coolant temperature drops on idle or heavy trafic...on the road it oscilates, depending on speed.

I have Mondeo 2011 Mk4 Petrol. I have an issue with air distribution where the footwell button blows air to face and the face button blows air to the windshield and this is a random issue. sometimes changing the air direction works as expected, sometimes not. I did the climatronic calibration procedures in this video but my issue was not resolved. Any ideas guys????
