Thank you. The video can be improved by: 1- Showing how to replace the filler pipe grommet as the service manual states it has to be cut away. 2- Advising people to empty the gas tank before removing. I think a floor jack with a plank of wood with that full tank will probably end in a mess.

You can't siphon the gas out via the fill tube because of an anti-siphon device. if the fuel pump is bad you won't able to get the gas out that way either. Only option is to drop the tank using a floor jack as shown in this video..

You make it look easy to reinstall the filler nozzle into the tank but it's not nearly that easy. I broke my nozzle and had to replace the entire fill tube assembly. I won't get the new one until Tuesday. Hopefully I'll have better luck with the new one. Why couldn't Ford make this easier and less risky?

Recommend that you verify pins of new harness are correct. The replacement I bought had 5v ref and PCM Signal reversed for the fuel tank pressure sensor. PCM was not able to complete emissions monitors.

94-95 5.0 mustang has the pump on the passenger side like a fox body

Geez I thought you need to torque to 90FT LBS instead of inches should be only torque to 7 LBS. I over tighted the bolts causing the top to bend.
