For everyone having this issue with 09-14 mustangs and don’t know what to do…these guys are the REAL DEAL! I shipped my radio on a Monday and once it arrived Weds morning, they shipped it back that same day and had my radio installed by the weekend. I am a verified customer and doing this review because it was hard having to fix this issue especially since the first time I paid over $600 and my car was in the shop for almost 2 months. I paid about $150 including shipping and have lifetime warranty on it. Thank you ACS for your professional service and business! 10/10

@@STR8_SAVAGE yes because it was a warranty claim, plus they kept saying it was different things that needed to be replaced. I finally gave up and took it to the dealership.

Do you still do this? Also, I get this after hearing a loud popping sound in my speakers? I unplug the negative cable for 30 mins and it will reset but it all just happens again the next day or so. My question is. If I send it to you will this resolve the popping? As in, are they related? It would suck to pay to fix it if some sort of short is going to break it again. Does that make sense?
@AutomotiveCircuitSolutions3 жыл бұрын
Yes we are still repairing these. Yes the service will resolve the popping as well.
@simond70653 жыл бұрын
@@AutomotiveCircuitSolutions thanks for the response. I’m hesitant because I want to be sure the popping isn’t happening because of a short somewhere else in the car. I’m sure you’ve had that question before. I’ve just heard of people having the problem fixed and then it comes back. Are you sure the source of the issue is within the stereo? Or that it’s not caused by another issue that causes this issue with the stereo? And when I say I’ve heard of people fixing it and it comes back I didn’t mean fixed with you. It sounds like you know what your talking about. Hence the question
@AutomotiveCircuitSolutions3 жыл бұрын
@@simond7065 I understand your concern. We have fixed hundreds of these and most of the customers reported that the issue started with popping noise and then nothing, no radio and no sound. After repair all is resolved. We have a lifetime warranty so if for some reason it happens again, we will take care of it. If for some reason it is not repairable, there is no charge.

Yes and then once it fails again after 2-4 weeks send it to us and expect a double bill once we see melted burnt marks on the circuit board and it requires replacement. No but seriously don't do it, the repair won't last long and we keep getting these that are unrepairable because people over do it.
