@@SteveMack True, yes I agree with security concerns, but at least tell us if it stayed in Australia. I'd really hate to think it was snatched up overseas when we have a multitude of rich assholes here who could've bought it. Damn, If I had a lazy 2 mil, I would've bought it and everyone would be able to see it. It'll just disappear into Mr Rich man's little cave of toys never to be seen again. I'd like to think it stayed in Australia also, but we'll not likely know, until perhaps in time, it too gets on-sold to someone else. I know a guy who has a company, who has one; he started off storing it in Australia, but ended up shipping it to the USA, where it is cheaper to store, and also gets started weekly and the upkeep is included...'Money in the bank' as they say - Unfortunately, some vehicles are now worth SO much, it's no longer feasable to even take them out for a run, lest they encounter a dingle.

I had negotiated a price of $6500 Australian and was making arrangements to ship - my fiance convinced me buying a house was a better idea - who could know what 40's would be worth - no-one really wanted them - I just loved the shape - I loved the shape of my girl more though - still got her too.
