I'm amazed that the injectors got removed without a good clean up of the engine. I would never remove the injectors or anything without a good clean up of everything. Spray some brake clean around, a soft brush, a rag wipe & air blow off before removing anything. Cleanliness is important in every step of the process.....

Nice info, thank you :) One thing I am always surprised about with these types of upgrades is they never upgrade the Harmonic Balance because with the extra power there is increased torsional vibration through out the engine and the standard harmonic balance can only handle a max 10% power and torque increase with a shortening of its life span.

Thanks for the vid Tim. I own a PX Ranger with a fair few mods. Once things get back to normal, and work picks up a bit more, definitely gonna pop in and get some advice from DTA about engine stuff! Can't wait to get back out on the trails (mountain bike and 4x4!!!). Stay safe mate, Cheers!

5 Cylinder engine, a better balanced crank rotation with one piston reaching the top at a time. Find it amazing what a nozzle change do(wonder if you only change the nozzles with out any other mods, what difference in output will be?). DTA seems confident on the reliability? Thanks!
