Have the same color Hybrid Maverick. Owned since Jan 2022 so I just crossed the 1 year mark and love it. Averaging 45mpg in summer and 40MPG in winter. Have used it quite a bit for hauling.

4:41 it's worth noting that only works if there's a vehicle in front of you. If the stop light turns red and there's no vehicle in front of you, you have to stop the car yourself by pressing the brake, because the system cannot detect traffic signals.

You’ll LOVE the Maverick!!! I have a Lariat with the Lux & First Edition Pkgs!! I had it one year with 16,000 miles on it!

Just got my hybrid lariat scheduled. The front windshield does have acoustic glass to reduce noise. The digital readout seems to have been removed from HVAC controls going forward. Excited to give truck life a try. We are coming from 2017 CR-V EX-L which had some issues even though we got it new.

I ordered a hybrid lariat pretty much loaded up on the first day order banks opened with a priority code of 12 so I'm hoping I get it sometime this year

I ordered a 2023 xlt hybrid in sept, when the ordering banks were open. Wasn't sure if I should order the hybrid or turbo with all wheel drive, as I live in central minnesota. But decided on the hybrid, for the gas mileage. I do have a f-150 4x4 for winter driving if I need it. I ordered the engine block heater, sliding rear window, co-pilot 360, and rear hitch, will probably never use the hitch, but think it looks better with. Hope I get it within a year. I guess i am in it for the long haul.

Auto-high beams. I can always tell when people use them at night because as they crest a hill I get a flash of blinding light and then normal headlamps too fast for a human to respond, but its still in my face. Brights are completely unnecessary unless you like flashing cars in hilly areas. Chevy has had auto-headlamps, just not highbeams, for around 20 years and it works flawlessly for 99% of the driving you do. If you want to reduce the life of your headlamps by all means use bright setting all the time.

It is comfortable in the back for adults But just 2 I'm 5 9 my boy is 5 10 And we travel from Pennsylvania to Virginia once a month There is know difference in tiredness with my legs or anything else So that's just a matter of opinion

Toyota has gotten hybrids down to a science, others, not so much. Not even Honda, I would have chose the non hybrid version of this. Have you read about the possible future Toyota small pickup, based on the RAV4?

Ford hybrid system is as good as Toyota. I had 3 2021 toy hybrids. RAV4, Camry and Corolla and sold all. I’ve now had the Maverick hybrid for a year and I can honesty say this truck is a better all around vehicle than all 3 Toys. I’m getting in some cases Corolla hybrid MPG and surpassing the Camry and RAV4 hybrid MPG!

After watching both your reviews of the Santa Cruz and this Maverick, I have to say I like the Santa Cruz more. Maverick looks too utilitarian, even in this uplevel trim. Also the interior looks roomier in the Santa Cruz. The only plus I see to the Maverick is the rear armrest and power options (USB ports).

I buy a Ford Maverick if it had the inline 6 engine it all eco boost engine are junk.

From what I know about them the EB engines are pretty reliable. Just like anything else, they can have issues from time to time, but pretty good for the most part.
