Ford Switch Pack Steering Wheel Button Replacement - FIX!!!!!

In this video I will teach you how to replace the switch pack buttons on the steering wheel of your 2009-2014 Ford F-150. These buttons are often used to control radio features, cruise control and your Sync system. Over time, the buttons become worn and start to malfunction. In my case the radio channel buttons would affect the volume control and vice versa. This is a simple repair that you can do yourself in minutes that will save you from spending over $100 at the repair shop (or, most likely hundreds of dollars at a Ford dealer). Dealerships stink. Don't give 'em your cash. Do it yourself!

A word of caution though, if you're needing to replace the right switch pack for an F150 w/NAV, like my 2013 Platinum F150, the part number according to both Autonation Parts and 5 Star Ford (NRH, TX) is different from the one without NAV! With NAV - SW6879 (AL3Z9C888AA), without NAV is the # in your video, which again, is a very helpful video. Thanks again for posting!

Thanks, I'm having the same issue with my 2008 ford fusion. First I attempted improving the grounding wire that connects to the steering wheel and looked to have worked but problem started again. I will attempt blowing pressurized air into the switch packs but ultimately replace them if no luck
