Jimmy I have 1 of those 1/2 inch to 401 air hammer adaptors that you fit sockets too and at same time as you use the air hammer to drive the teeth into the locking bolt head you can attach a spanner to rotate it. Takes no prisoners and has worked for me many times.

Yeah I don't have air in the van and it's a bit of hassle to set it up. I've set it up for battery chargers so air compressor will the up room and need a large inverter to run it

@@ORileysAutos could you not have a 50l compressor stored on van that you charge before you start the day and will hold the air or run an extension lead to customer house. Just a thought

I wish you were local to Huddersdfield. I have three nuts that wont come off due to the stupidly weak key that has worn smooth. Called into Halfords and they said £90 per wheel, fuk that, Kwikfit want £45 per wheel, another small independent garage said £20 per wheel. I saw this tool on Amazon, but sods law it costs £275.00 Halfords are taking the absolute piss with their £90 per wheel price. I am a self employed bricklayer, and I charge customers for the use of my Sthil saw if using it a lot on their job, but I don't charge a fee that is quarter of the price of the tool itself per day to use. Nice little earner if you can spend £275 on a tool and charge £90 each wheel to use it. Out of curiosity, how much do you charge to remove a wheel nut like this?
