When I’m using pins, I rough and groove them with a dremel before glue up.

This knife turned out awesome man, love that fordite. Just watching how easy you did that finger choile makes me realize just how much I need a 2x72. That takes me forever to do.

Love this handle material I’m gonna make some soon! Also I was curious about something? What do you use to glue the leather together?? What’s best for glueing leather to wood or leather to leather???
@Aleeknives2 жыл бұрын
I use barge or even the contact cement from home depot!
@vincentcocuzza86792 жыл бұрын
That’s what I thought you had said in a previous video contact cement or barge! Thank you for such a quick response! Thank you for all the great videos, I’ve learned so much from watching you make knives!

Its a really beautiful material, carbon is over-used a little bit just in my opinion

Would fordite handle be food safe on a kitchen knife? That old paint contains lead right?
@mrjibrhanjamalkhan21443 жыл бұрын
You missed a trick with the handle had an extra choice probably the best choice and you missed it, the inside red ir the outside black

You bet I did! This was actually pretty difficult to film and keep straight! I bet people find lots of mistakes in the time line but it was fun and I learned a lot for the next one! Thank you for watching
