Picking one of these up for 350 bucks in 2 weeks has a blown head gasket but the motor is fine. The motor doesnt make any noise at all and the antifreeze didnt even get in the oil Figure once i get it going it will be a good car. The car only needs a fender and headlight to look great too

Yes, electrical problems abound. Interior lights, trunk light, exterior lights, dashboard instruments inaccurateart, starter switch stuck, anti theft system make me wait 10 minutes before allowing me to start it, sunroof not working and more. Don't get me started on the number if fuses that I have replaced. Other than those problems, the car is high performance, love the way it handles, the motor is powerful with excellent acceleration. Gets me out of the way of fast moving oncoming big trucks. It also looks great----quite sporty, roomy and comfortable. I have kept it clean and waxed and get lots of complments on it. However, considering trading for a Taurus SHO

Even tough this car is older than Lincoln Loud, it's still better than any modern car and lasts longer too. They just don't cars like they used to. With modern cars, a lot can go wrong with technology tidbits failing. Where as cars like these are far simpler and made to last long. Oh and GM's newer V6 engines pale in comparison to the good ol' 3800 Series II V6.

I had a base white Impala that was a 2003. I liked the car and not the bench seats. I used to trade in cars every 6 years. That’s a waste. I have a 2010 Malibu which is the base car.
