Good lookin rig, bro. The fabricator in me wants to marry that front bumper and valence together into one whole piece, all chromed out. I like the vent holes below the frame level, though. Keep that 👍

Looks good I’ll probably get like a semi style chrome front bumper. I’ve seen a few of those on those older body style fords would probably look a lot better than having a bumper with a valance. Also, I don’t know if you want to mess with having the doors repainted, unless you have a paint guy that knows exactly how to match patina if not, the doors will never match the rest of the truck again without repainting the whole truck

if the bumper has to be that big. you might want to run a chrome front bumper from an 18 wheeler cut down and chromed to fit the truck.

leave the alcoa's but use another front air dam with a lil different shape to it and atleast put fog lights in it so it has more function to it too.. be nice if you could create a semi style air dam thats chrome and electrically flips up when offroad or around curbs

I like the West Coast mirrors on your truck. I made brackets and adapted mirrors from a cabover International 9670 to fit a Chevy pickup truck door. They looked nice, and made good mounts for CB antennas, but on a small truck like that they blocked forward vision to the sides too badly.

I would change ONLY the bumper color and change the tail lights back to original. One can see that off-white bumper sticking out of the rest of the car; not belonging to the rest of it. The car looks just amazing otherwise. seriously gorgeous.

Being a retired GM tech I just retired from a dealership after 33 years I despise the Duramax diesel. It is the worst diesel made. They constantly bring crankshaft and blow head gaskets but to each his own the 7.3 power stroke and the 5.9 Cummins to me are the best engines around just my opinion

Fuckin sick truck. It needs crème up front on the bumper to match the rear. The rims would look sick black too but it also look great as is. BUT and this is a hot take BUT you should put a nice clean set of stacks in this. Black or maybe even crème colored. Miter cut. Stacks are gay but on something like this Would be sexy. All in all truck is beautiful on its own.

That would have been a truck if it had a 12 valve Cummins , I have a 1999 F350 4x4 7.3 I am the second owner it has 124,000 miles on it and the 7.3 has been the biggest pile of 💩 I have ever owned…

You are the only person to own a 7.3 and say that. 12 valve swaps are fuckin old. The 7.3 is an indisputable legend right up there with the 12 valve or 5.9. Mine had a lot of glow plug issues. Always every year I’d do one at least. And it leaked a lot. But hell try and find a 12 valve that doesn’t leak.
