this is amazing...i was diagnosed with plantars fasciitis although i don't have much heel pain, more pain towards the front of my foot. i was told i have forefoot valgus, and as this video states...yes i am pretty bow legged. when he mentioned the bowed tibia i was like.."WOW yes that's exactly me". i have the curled in pinky tow and the wider spread between my big toe...

Orthotic, this is a deformity. The foot can’t contour to the ground so you have to “contour the ground” aka the surface your foot is planting on to fix it
