To all wandering . There is a Data base and in it contains tattoos from booked inmates. You can do a search for tattoos in between eyes and do a size estimate and it will pull all the offenders with that tattoo. Then they cross reference the information they have for a possible suspect.

Yep….People have been getting killed left and right in St. Louis consistently for the past 20yrs.. Some of the usual perps of course (street thuggery). But the last few years have seen some strange killings, starting with activists from the 2010’s dying and being found in weird locations. Several highway shootings that have no witnesses. Then there’s these killings of multiple women. There’s also a case where 3 women were killed at the same intersection, all at night, but at different time periods…..IT’S CURRENTLY UNSOLVED!!!!…😳😳😳. Plenty of people think it’s someone trained, and sniping victims…I told people when these latest victims died (his alleged 6 victims), it’ll be pinned on a young guy on drugs. He fits the billing 100%!!!!
