Foreign Tourists Dagsa na sa Pasig River Esplanade! Turismo Biglang Lumakas 🇵🇭

This newly-opened River Esplanade in Manila has become a popular tourist attraction among local and foreign visitors. Its enchanting beauty and the view of the surrounding area make you feel like you've been transported back to the 18th century Manila.
The overall architectural design of the esplanade has EUROPEAN vibes. I personally like the colonial-style lamposts and their intricate designs.
It seems like many international tourists are also having a good time at the river esplanade. The esplanade has been busy since it opened to the public last week.

Ang isang importanteng added facilities dyan sana ay yung clean and modern public toilets with ample supply of water + regular cleaners both for ladies & men's toilet para ma maintain ang kalinisan, I've been in Singapore Universal Studio and I saw how they maintained their public restrooms there, sana ganyan din sa atin sa lahat nang mga toilet facilities all over the country's tourist spots para mas lalong ganahan ang mga turista na mamasyal dyan not only for locals but for foreign tourist + dagdagan ang waste bin and benches na pwedeng upuan nang mga tao, kita naman sa video na ginagawang upuan ang mga flower pots at barandilya nang lugar suggestion lang po nang isang nagmamalasakit sa Maynila, saka po dapat ipagbawal dyan ang skateboarding na maaaring maka disgrasya sa ibang mga visitors, and sana wag payagan nang city of Manila at DOT ang mga illegal vendors na nagpaparumi nang kapaligiran lalo na ang mga street foods

Which is not uso masiyado sa Pinas.. Sa Panglao nga na talagang tourist spot may may direct flights pa mula Korea.. May island don kung saan doon din ang isa sa snorkeling spot.. Lintik na Toilet walang maayos na source ng tubig.. mabaho panay tae pa inidoro nakakahiya talaga lalo sa mga dayuhan.. pero naniningil sila ng environmental fee.. Our department of tourism and LGU should work harder and smarter pag dating sa ganitong bagay.. wag sana silang bobo o patad tamad, kung gusto nila mas umasenso Pinas sa turismo..

@@theworthy9411 Korek po kayo dyan, mga opisyal nang lugar at DOT ang dapat umaksyon dyan, I've not been there, but sana mabasa ito nang mga opisyal nang DOT at nang mga local officials nang lugar na yon, na di lang puro papasok na perang kikitain ang kanilang atupagin, yan pa naman ang pangunahing hinahanap nang mga turista ang palikuran o malinis na toilets kung naniningil sila nang environmental fee useless lang ang paniningil nila, I've been in Singapore sa mga toilets nila pwede kang maupo sa loob na di ka madidiri dahil fully maintained at may regular cleaners minute by minute dapat ganon dapat sa mga public toilets sa lahat nang mga tourist spots sa Pilipinas.

Developing Pasig River into a tourist destination was an excellent idea. Thanks to FL for taking the lead in this project and utilizing the natural resources to their fullest potential. It would be great if business owners could also consider establishing floating restaurants in the river, as this would greatly appeal to both local and foreign tourists.

Thoughts: Inaasahan kong madadagdagan na yung mga "third places" sa Manila gaya neto along the Pasig river. Pero ngayon parang mapapatupad na ung Quiapo heritage zone bill at may projects rin silang pagandahin ung Intramuros at Luneta so that's more third places. My hope is that the post office be turned into a hotel like Fullerton Hotel in SG. So many old post offices around the world find new life as hotels. Tapos gawin ring part museum ung post office so people know its original purpose (sana masarap ung pagkain kasi that's the number one thing that makes or breaks a hotel for me). Yung El Hogar sana marestore na din.

Yes it would have been nice to put up kiosk and small cafe on those empty spaces alaEuropean style where tourist can just sit down on chairs and tables and just enjoy. A designated guarded place for motorcycles alone and cars should be provided a little bit away from the promenade where a small amount of parking fee can be paid just to generate funds for the maintenance cost and salaries of the guards. A safe and secured pathway from the esplanade to the Binondo side to the Chinatown can also be considered for those who craves Chinese s and novelties. This can be worked out with the LGUs and the business community to boost more tourist visits that will help increase their sales.

Sana yung likod ng esplanade ma may mga lumang buildings na nakausli ang mga aircons ay taniman ng mga puno para matkpan yung pangit na buildings o kaya i remodel harap ng nmga buildings na ito sa Neo classical design para match sa Post Office ang design ....kontoing changes lang naman ang gagawin tulad ng lagyan arched windows n intricate iron grills lang mukha na syang design o style ng Post Office...creative ang mga architects natin kaya madali lang sa kanila itong remodeling

Sir hindi naman po project ng Mayor o ng local government yang Pasig River Esplanade na yan "Pasig Bigyang Buhay Muli" project po yan ng national government o ng PBBM Admin, dahil nga sa executive order na inilabas ni PBBM last year lang, na kailangan i rehabilitate ang Pasig River, sa buong kahabaan po ng Pasig River yan, 25 kms bale 50 kabilaan, from Manila Bay to Laguna de Bay

Ginagawa na rin yung papunta sa intramuros, so hindi na crowded kapag natapos yun malaki din kasi ang area dun. Dapat may CCTV na magmonitor. Tayo rin dapat maging gwardya, kapag may nakita tayo na nagdudumi pansinin na natin para mapahiya.
