@@chattcedric6321 I believe you can rent a Condo. I think they have immigration there if you want to become a local citizen so you can own land. Some retired foreign men marry local women so they can own property which would be conjugal property.

@@emmettasinas8890 Foreigners can BUY AND OWN Vehicles, Appliances or Condo/Apartment Units because what they are buying is the SPACE of the Unit but not a piece of LAND. FOREIGNERS are DEFINITELY NOT ALLOWED TO OWN LAND/s unless in a Corporate Status of 60/40 partnership with Pilipinos. Foreigners married to Pilipino Citizens can buy LAND/s but it is under the name of the Pilipino Spouse.
