I had noticed mostly non-Malaysians (illegal immigrants or migrant workers) doing the litters anywhere they like, throwing rubbish, spitting on the mall floor and pee in the elevators.. they left empty bottles and plastics in the drains and parks.. Malaysians won't do this.. they love their country.. Hope there are tourist police officers doing their duty to nab these "vandalism doers"..

OMG I went to Singapore and this Singaporean grandma bussing the table told to watch out for my purse which I had laid on the empty chair next to me, I said but I thought Singapore is very safe ,were inside a strip mall. She said it's not the Singaporeans it's the Malaysians committing the crime in Singapore.

@@noeminoemi1350 SG always put blame on Malaysia for their jealousy, and being stressed out and trapped living in the reclaimed land of aquarium, literally they're the "Sour Grapes" (SG) .. they're the real culprits who come and smuggle our gasolines i.e. "Smuggling Gasolines" (SG).. So Greedy (SG) lor..🤣

Looking forward to this KL series. I was there in 2018, and it was at the top of my list of retirement destinations. Unfortunately, the new mm2h requirements went crazy, but after a 90% drop in applications, I’m expecting them to go back down, and it’s currently under review now. Malaysia >>>>>PI all day long imo as long as the visa issue gets sorted.

The new govt after the Malaysian 2018 election made a mess of the MM2H rules, now they realised it was a wrong step and trying to review it again.

Thanks for the video - especially your frank comment about all the transportation options. I arrived yesterday, first time & traveling solo. Despite having watched gazillions of other KZbin videos, I have nonetheless been rather baffled by how to get around. Now I don’t feel quite as clueless!

"Clueless" - great film from.... gosh, the last century. I should be posting another video attempting to navigate the subway system, but internet sucks at my hotel. Took the wrong line one day. Doh! Having been going underground in London for over 40 years, you'd have thought I'd be wiser. Hope you master it better than me. Happy travels Cat!

Yes, 15 years ago you must have been bored going to KL, but not now because it seems the KL city you visit every year will change. Then in 2024, new projects such as PNB and TRX will be completed, and in 2025, a new city will appear. Damansara

I once knew a girl who was incapable of giving a straight answer. She had to set herself apart personally, and apart from reality generally. I never bothered to tell her my observation of her, because it would be an affront and dismissed.

Those so called "photographers" at the Petronas Towers are foreigners themselves could be illegals. They are not Malaysians. Please be careful and don't get scammed.

All these people made a small mistake. To take awesome picture of the twin towers, do it across the street and not at the landmark as it is too tall to fit on the lense of a handphone.

There is an unhealthy trend in many KL hotpots (KLCC, KL Tower, Saloma Bridge...): the emergence and preponderance of photography touts, equipped with flashy camera set and hassling visitors especially foreign tourists to have their photos taken by them - for a fee of course. By their look and voices most of them seem Bangladeshis and Indonesians. The photo session at 18:47 of the South Asian tourists at KLCC in this video was by one such tout I am pretty sure.

@Missing_Link I always wonder those people are foreigners or malaysian. Maybe the tourists police shld start checking. Malaysians do not hustle tourist like that. They do look like Bangladeshis or indonesians as they have that hair and facial feature.

@@keangwooichoo6138 Pretty sure all are foreigners, usually Bangladeshis and Indonesians. They are importing their the home countries' "business" to Malaysia, where it's far more lucrative because Malaysia has far more tourist arrivals. The "business" : hassling visitors, especially foreigners to buy wide-angle lens, to have photos taken, to buy souvenirs, etc. For the KLCC I had previously complained to the security guards (mostly Nepalese) and at the information counters. For the Saloma Bridge I had complained to Customer Service of KL City Hall (DBKL). To DBKL I had also raised the issue of foreign beggers at Bukit Bintang and elsewhere. So far from what I could observe, there is no follow up action on any of the complaints.

@Missing_Link our authorities seem to ignore illegal migrants. Same as selayang wet market where rohinyas became king in our wet markets. Klang also. Dbkl may think it is immigration's job not theirs.
