Foreigner SHOCKED by China’s Mind-Blowing AVATAR Mountain

During the Labor holiday in China i was lucky enough to visit Zhangjiajie, in Hunan province.
This is episode 1 of a 3 part series exploring the area, otherwise known as the Avatar mountains.

Oh Azhar I don't think my videos are going to do the place any justice! It was incredible. The cable car is in the next video, and then the glass bridge, the cave and the 'stairway to heaven' are in the third video!

Zhangjiajie is spectacular. You did some great filming and along with the background music captured the feeling of the place. My wife and I were there a few years ago. Definitely amazing.

Awesome video! Can't believe I've never been to Zhangjiajie, and I'm Chinese, haha! Definitely adding it to my bucket list for the next vacation. I absolutely adore how you capture the everyday folks you encounter along the way. They truly add a special charm to the breathtaking scenery. But let's talk about that landscape... mind-blowing!! By the way, I highly recommend taking a trip to the northwest region of China. It's absolutely worth it, trust me! You've gotta check out places like Qinghai Lake, Qarhan Salt Lake, and the mesmerizing Danxia Landform. They're all incredibly stunning! And let me tell you, the journey to these sites is an adventure in itself. The ever-changing landscapes along the way are mind-blowing. If possible, I'd suggest going on a road trip because the northwest is just massive. Can't help but play the "local guide" role here. I actually had the chance to visit during the Labor Day holiday and it was unforgettable. Looking forward to catching more of your awesome videos!

Go check it out! It’s some of the best scenery I’ve ever looked upon. To be honest, I have three videos from Zhangjiajie and the other two are probably slightly better than this one! Make sure you watch the next videos coming up 😁

That was spectacular! I hope the drizzle would stop "tomorrow".. The aerial footage was stunning, just the mist was also kinda thick, haha. Just wondering, is flying a drone allowed at these scenic spots?

Wait until the next video…. 😉. Yeah flying a drone is allowed in some of the spots! Interestingly, the place where you’d think it least likely to be allowed, was the busiest for drones! I counted 5 taking off at the same spot 😂

I'm interested to know on the day and which month you went to Zhangjiajie, in every single videos I saw so far have always been packed with people, it's quite surpising to see the place so not crowded, is it on a weekday evening?

​@@HarveyinchinaBecause the Chinese use squat pit, and foreigners use toilet this is nothing to say, the Chinese are used to squat pit, as for the scenic spot fees, scenic infrastructure is developed by the enterprise company, fees are also regulated by the government.
