Yeah great move sharing it with your son mate! When I first heard of this lifestyle when I was 22, I immediately thought "nah I could never do that." The dream stayed in my subconscious though and 10 years later it's exactly what I turned my life into. If you believe and put in the work, you can make it happen 👍🏾🙂

Ngl, I usually hate these types of videos because foreigners from wealthy countries will migrate to a poorer country, flaunt their lavish lifestyle, and not do a single thing to help the community they've migrated to. Even if it's only an hour and a half per week, I'm happy you're giving back to the place you've moved to.

My ambitions are too high, my roots are too deep in the US and I consider myself too young to actually make the move at 28 from California…. I would at least have to pay off my townhouse first before moving anywhere so I could at least have that ~$3K a month in rental income….

@AKJoel did you initially live off savings then your started your business? Another thing, with your other vid about aparatment. Were those prices assuming you signed a 1 year contract or could you get these sort of prices with 3-6 month leases or even ongoing leases in genral? Thanks champ

Yeah definitely have some savings so you can pay the bills when you focus on building your business. The prices I was referring to are if you sign a long term furnished apartment through local channels, for at least 6 months.
