FOREIGNERS Experience Local FILIPINO FAMILY Day (Coconut Wine and Lechon)

What an amazing last day for my foreign friends visiting me in Mindanao!
We went back to Cateel in Davao Oriental and stayed at Higadan Cream Sand and Farm Resort. It was so beautiful being there on a weekend, and spending a "family day" with Mike and Mama Rose. They cooked a lechon de leche, our new Welsh friend Anselm harvested some crabs, and we all took a moment to harvest and appreciate some local fresh coconut wine!
This is a raw, local, and very beautiful experience for everyone! It was especially amazing because this was Adam and Michelle's last day with me in Mindanao... we definitely made the best of it!
This really was the perfect day! What a beautiful Filipino style experience for everyone!

Filipino innovation😊 You need wine? Just chopped off the coconut flower and wait for at least 12hours and voila!! Sweet coconut wine You need coconut milk. Just pick the older coconut de husk and grate. You need grater? Then go for filipino grater kagudan You need a coconut squeezer? Go for filipino squeezer using your foot... well..using your whole body because you're on top of that squeezer. FILIPINO INNOVATION INDEED!!!! Hopefully, the husband and wife didn't get the homesickness after they experience all the filipino hospitality..Well done kyle for touring them around mindanao...Thanks for that. Seeing your videos calms me down, been living here in USA for 5 years now, haven’t visited Philippines since then, feels like a long time, life here is fast everything seems to go by so fast and uneventful, even going to a vacation places here doesn’t seem as memorable as it was back home, kills me sometimes, been saving a lot so I can visit home and feel that nostalgic feeling again the happy and easy going feeling, I can’t wait to come home.

In bicol the fresh extract from coconut flower is called inapas it will not make you tipsy because it has no alcohol content then when it is fermented for 6 to 8 hours it is now called sa tuba there is now an alcohol content if you drink a lot it will make you tipsy, if it is fermented for 12 hours or more then it will turn into vinegar

Never seen this genius idea of getting a coconut milk n how to get a vinegar juice from a coconut branch. A very smart idea kuya 👍👍 👏👏 Adam is truly up in ant challenges.
