Mark is such a nice person, that he finds it difficult to criticize the food in a negative way. When I was watching the Mexico street food videos, his reactions were priceless. Head tilt to the left, slowly closing his eyes, taking a deep breath, and going, “Oooooooh!” As his eyes open wide. That’s when you know he loves the food.

What’s he gonna say “ this sucks” when the person who made the food sometimes is standing right next to him or off to the side. And then it’s on video forever too so it’s not like he can say it sucks when out of earshot of the cook, that person can watch their episode and see what he said. So not only are you wrong, you’re wrong for the wrong reasons.

Mate Filipinos use ingredient in a sachet called magic syrup. I am living with a Filipino family they used that all the time even i get confused sometimes if they say magic syrup...

I think we were expecting a story of how its a top secret marinade, handed down from generation to generation but turns out its a packet of Magic sarap! Imagine mark asking the vendor of his noodle soup about how he gets such an amazing broth and being told...knorr cube buddy!

Wow! So much negative comments in here. Too much gossip. So what if she doesn't know what she's talking about? Who cares? Negative comments here shows that you're true Filipino. You're really painting your flag how you like to criticized, judge and gossip. Even the owner of the lechon manok was bashing his neighbor covendor.
