Great video👍 Generally I think Sweden is a great country to live in if you can get used to some silly and strange things and customs we are practicing 😁 I'm Swedish by the way😇

@@rolandgustafsson5655 Thank you! 😄 Sweden definitely has its unique customs, but that's what makes it so special! It's always fun to hear perspectives from locals like yourself. What do you think is the most surprising or unusual custom for newcomers?

I just wat to add that Moomin-pappa is a very lovable charachter that is beloved by both Swedes and Finns. The Moomin stories are narrated in a Finnish Swedish dialect. And for many people that is the ONLY contact they have had with this dialect. That's why they make that connection.

@@nocturne7371 Thank you for sharing this! It's really interesting how Moomin-pappa connects both Swedes and Finns, and I love the point you made about the Finnish-Swedish dialect being many people's only exposure to it. It’s fascinating how something as charming as Moomin can bridge cultures in such a unique way. Prior to that interview, i had no idea what it was so i later researched on it to educate myself.

Being compared to moomin is a compliment. Tove Jansson is a national hero of the Finnish/Swedish.

As far as I'm concerned speaking the moomin accent is a win and I'd take it as a compliment. Muminsvenska evokes good memories.

@@HoskTheCub i can now understand your point after making time to read on that characters😊. Thanks for your input
