Good job. But, try to make Kheer with very less tukdi chaawal. Too much of chaawal doesn't bring taste of milk. Recipe: 2 litre full cream milk. Boil till 75% reduced. Keep stirring and do not let malai to form. Mix half tablespoon soaked tukdi chaawal. Cook till 50% reduced. Do not let malai to form. Mix sugar, cardamom powder, chironji dana. Cook 5 minutes. Serve hot or cold. Dont mix too much of dryfruits. Kheer is best overnight so can take 1 or 2 litre extra. With 50% reduction its heavy so eat in moderation at one time.
