Pristine bullet was found on the wrong stretcher - that has already been gone over many, many times. It was planted there, possibly by Jack Ruby.

Secret Service because they belong in the ER hallway. Ruby did not and any hospital personal would be able to tell You if anyone looked out of place, especially the most famous killer caught on live TV. Hospital personal would say " That's the same guy, this Jack Ruby I saw him in the ER , he wasn't the obvious Secret Service men nor reporters who were kept outside, nor the Medical examiner or funeral home attendants.

Well then, aside of the fact it's NOT "pristine," we look forward to you now explaining how anybody "planting" a bullet at the hospital within one hour of the shooting could possibly have known: a) a bullet needed planting at all b) the "real bullet" wasn't simply still in Connally's leg c) he wasn't simply planting one bullet too many into evidence and blowing the whole plot d) he could safely get in and out of the emergency ward, crawling with police and Secret Service, without being caught e) exactly where to plant it where it would be plausibly be tied specifically to Connally Thanks in advance for clearing all of this up.

@@CatDaddySteve In that case presumably you will know explain: a) how you safely approach Kennedy's own Secret Service and persuade them to help you successfully murder their own President b) how they could possibly know a bullet needed planting at all c) how they could possibly know they weren't planting one bullet too many into evidence and blowing the whole plot d) the "real" bullet wasn't still in Connally's leg

If the bullet found on the stretcher at Parkland was planted, how did whoever planted it know that they wouldn't find a bullet in Connally during surgery?

Single Bullet Theory: a) victims' reactions in Zapruder's film clearly demonstrate they are hit by the same bullet: within 1-2 frames of Kennedy being hit, Connally's shoulder is driven down, his lapel pops out, his hat flips up and his expression violently contorts between frames from the blow b) witnesses directly under the sixth floor window firmly said the shots all came from directly overhead c) Connally was demonstrably seated lower, inboard and turned sharply to his right (Wecht stages recreations using two actors seated bolt upright, facing forward, of course) d) victims' wounds demonstrably line up on a trajectory and track straight back to the sixth floor window e) view of the entry wound on Connally's back would demonstrably have been blocked by Kennedy's body, the same bullet has to have gone through both of them f) recovered bullet is in a condition perfectly consistent with going through Kennedy without hitting bone, slowing and tumbling on leaving him, then broadsiding its way through Connally's ribs, as medical and forensic evidence clearly demonstrate: badly crushed at the nose and flattened down one side g) that bullet was matched to Oswald's rifle, as indeed were every bullet and fragment ever found h) nobody planting a bullet at the hospital within one hour of the shooting could possibly have known a bullet needed planting at all or that he wasn't simply planting one bullet too many into evidence and blowing the whole plot.

"wounds demonstrably line up" Yeah, if JFK is levitating above the Limo outstretched so that the bullet can hit him at the 3rd vertebrae, and then exit the neck ABOVE the Adam's apple, and if Connally is twisted around with his left thigh above his right leg. Geezus, what is it with you Posner Shills? You can believe the most ridiculous theories by a jr Lawyer but you cannot believe eyewitnesses by the dozens. You cannot believe the doctors who saw the wounds at Parkland and stated they were entry wounds. (before the ghouls at Bethesda worked on JFK's head) Geezus, don't you see what is obvious to the rest of the world? Oswald had to be murdered by Ruby. Ruby didn't give a sh*t about JFK or Jackie. HE WAS IN CUBA GETTING TRAFFICANTE out of a Cuban Jail. He was MAFIA all the way.

The chain of custody of CE399 was broken, would not be allowed in a trial as evidence. Oswald acquitted.

He had every bullet and fragment ever found matched to his shooting. He was inside a building where no unidentified persons were ever seen by anybody. He was a perfectly plausible match to the shooter seen in the window. Witnesses directly under the window firmly said the shots all came from directly overhead. He was the only employee inside the building during the shooting to immediately leave the crime scene, never returning. He took evasive action by cab. He was ID'd by nearly a dozen witnesses as shooting Officer Tippit and fleeing. He discarded his jacket, complete with fibres consistent with his shirt, between the crime scene and the theater. He owned and was in possession of the revolver the shells were matched to. He was plainly seen trying to hide from passing police in a storefront. He was plainly seen ducking into a theater to dodge more passing police. He was caught red-handed trying to shoot a second cop (he would have done 20 years for that crime alone). He fought police so violently 3 officers were injured just disarming him. He observed, "Well, they say it only takes a minute to die" after asking about the penalty for cop-killing. He refused to cooperate with any investigator. He shrugged a hollow, rambling, evasive reply when asked on live TV, "Did you shoot the President?" I'd love to hear who the "real killer" was...

@@aaronz7056 every point you just made would be shot down in a court of law very easily. Robert Tanenbaum knows more than you do, and he has stated repeatedly in countless lectures since the 70s that Oswald would never be convicted in a trial. OSWALD ACQITTED.
