As the series went on, narrator Peter Thomas who was 84 when this was made became more dramatic in his narrations than in the first five or six seasons. Like all the others he delivers nicely here. A talent that will be very hard to find ever again.

True crime series today just aren't what they used to be, Forensic Files, Unsolved Mysteries, etc. There's a reason people continue watching them despite a lot of it being kinda dated. Of course that's just my opinion and could be me getting old / too nostalgic lol.

What I can't really understand is why these rapists do things like that?, If they get caught they'll go straight to prison for so many years.

it's a power thing. it's part of how men are - power, aggression... it's why men hold powerful positions in commerce... and the firm belief they won't get caught, that they above the law. not all men are like this, only a very few, and they don't integrate into society very well.

Because people often get out of prison on parole even when they have life sentences - the extra time is to keep them from getting out eventually.

Why didn’t they do the blood tests like they do urine tests for substance abusers? They only allow one person in the room at a time. They even do the urine test with the door open so they can’t pour someone else’s urine into the vial, etc. They probably should have had a guard that was familiar with the prisoners.

I believe it is a jail where people await trial, so there are people coming and going all the time. It would not be easy to get to know the prisoners that intimately as a guard. The fingerprint on the vial was a safeguard for an event like this and it worked.

Wow! This case was really something else. So many twits and turns…..unbelievable what this perpetrator did to get away with murder, but investigators were the ones SMARTEST than him. I hope Chad Price rots in prison, and that the same thing he did to his innocent victims, happens to him in jail! Case closed.

What a sick sadistic murderer. He humiliated and degraded his victims. Once caught he almost got away with it. He and another inmate switched arm bands but the dna on the soda can and the fact that he had a gold tooth sealed his fate. I hope the victims find peace after what they endured at the hands of this evil monster. He got the sentence he deserved.

I am surprised how chad, the rapist, overllooked the fact that his golden tooth was visible in the mask mouth hole opening. But good thing he did overlook after all. In hindsight, it might not be the DNA , but the golden tooth which helped catch the culprit.
