Күн бұрын

A woman was found dead on the bedroom floor of her apartment. The crime scene yielded little of value, and investigators wondered if they would find enough evidence to make a case, much less catch a killer.
Forensic Files is the longest-running true crime series in television history. Evidence and interviews with experts help solve real crimes, disease outbreaks and accidents around the world.

Eric Hayden's sentence was actually AT LEAST 26 years--in other words, 26 years to life! This was the harshest sentence allowed in Hayden's case, since Washington State does not have the death penalty. His request for parole was denied in April of 2016.

@@mightymouse1005have a look at In Cold Blood. Truman Capote. 1950s. Country. Also a movie. They went to all the places the real killers went and used the actual house. Killed the entire family.

What type of judge sentences a person to 26yrs. for rape & murder? Does anyone know the year this case went to court? If I am not mistaken prisoners only have to serve two thirds of their sentence

Dawn was an asset to her family, her community and to God. The world would be much better if we had more like her. Hayden was likely curious if they might have something on him. Thank goodness for cop instinct to know they probably had their man. Erik Berg literally made their case. He is like another forensic expert that has been on FF and that's Skip Palanik.
