I understand, we enjoy the science and Peter Thomas's voice as the narrator. It reminds me of the few years I lived in a hotel and would fall asleep to this every night. No one wants to know that anyone was harmed or killed. But more the excellent format and information about how they solve these awful cases. Hearing his voice is soothing and relaxing.

I applied for it but got something else. In college I looked through the library for forensic course and behold I realized I may not be up for it 😂😂 the reference books are gory and chilling because it’s all real. Unlike watching reenactments in most shows and tv characters like CSI, the realization that I’d be studying these horrifying events in many formats including the real one makes me think Im not up for it

Freeman's conviction was overturned in 2009 but later reinstated. Laura's mom died in 1997 (cancer) and thus did not see her daughter's killer get convicted. Laura's brother David died in 2021, age 59.

The bartender irks me. 1. She sounds high as a kite. 2. She insisted to the police the fight was no big deal. 3. Now she says she always knew he was the guy, but never said anything? Sounds like had she spoken up earlier he might have been caught 12 years earlier.

The blood in the bottle neck was not figured out. The med examiner said that her blunt force head wound did not break the skin, therefore the blood could not have come from that. And also, if you were going to hit someone with a bottle like that I'm almost certain most, if not all, people would hold the bottle neck and hit with the bottom of the bottle. So, the bottle blood DNA was not disclosed in this presentation, nor where the blood in the bottle neck came from. I'm glad the monster was caught, but the blood in the bottle neck is still a complete mystery.

Luara stuck her nose in a meaningless pool game, which she was not involved in, and pissed off the wrong dude. She basically caused her own death. Lesson here is "Mind Your Own Business." I've run into girls like this when I used to drink in bars. Always walked away. It's always the little girls with the most spunk figuring they won't get smacked. Laura figured wrong.

I get what you’re saying. I will not say she caused it tho because people had altercations all the time and did not die nor injured from it. To kill someone out of pure anger is crazy. That said as a woman I know it’d be better for me to avoid dangerous situations that I can’t get out of.
