It crazy to me how not one of my art teachers in school ever mentioned this learning technique or taught these methods
@YoshiMario69

It appears that a lot of technical knowledge is lost to time and those who will not put the effort in to the slow methodical study needed for these methods just teach the "surface" aesthetic. Construction based techniques take knowing and feeling fundamentals really well, and a lot of people just flat out refuse to study things like Perspective and become hacks.

In the beginning why weren't. you considering the negative shape to help you with the space between the right arm and butt, you missed that. Where's the considered rhythms of the figure? Too cute and clever by a half!

The rhythm of the rib cage rolls into the rhythm of the bottom of the butt, open your eyes to the wider rhythms. That same rhythm line also flows to the knee of the right leg, which is almost basically the whole rhythm of the figure. You completely missed that. Placing a little square box at the knee, that does nothing, and even at that, your perspective is wrong in terms of the knee's direction. I'm looking at the reference, while you're drawing. Your Hip and Butt are way off and at a slant, when it's almost a perpendicular drop from the middle for the arch of the rib cage. You're too into the details prior to figuring out the basic overall proportions.

@Abran Atmos Just look with your own eyes at the reference image that is provided, then make your smart reply. I don't have to demonstrate anything to be right, all your need to do is open your own eyes and learn from what I wrote.

You’re totally right about the hip and butt. My biggest gripe is what you call ‘rhythm’ I would call ‘gesture.’ I would call rhythm whenever you are referring to something that has gestural repetition (the rhythm of the breast is that one points at an outward angle to the left and the other to the right). I am not convinced it’s detailed enough actually. There are many intermediate lines that didn’t have to be drawn and you can arrive at a basic block-in faster by triangulating points in your head.
